Alex Semnont – Founder, Carla Partners
I bring nearly two decades of experience across finance, leadership, and business development. I currently serve as Co-Head of the EMEA Funds Group at Fitch Ratings, where I lead and mentor a team of 30 credit analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Earlier in my career, I held senior and international positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Wellington Management, and Société Générale.
I hold an MSc in Finance from Bordeaux Business School and am a CFA charterholder.
I grew up in a family rooted in public service—police and military. While I chose a different professional path, the values of integrity, service, and resilience have deeply influenced my leadership style.
I live in London with my husband and our energetic six-year-old daughter.
